ANGELS


            


Angels are always around us

 

Giving love and comfort


Even when we are not aware

 

Of their interaction


You may feel a brush


Across your cheek or hair


 A quiet whisper


Or


Burst of laugher out of nowhere


Unexpected redirection in your plans


Angels stand waiting


With


Love and compassion

 

To be called upon


  So call


Even


If you don’t or can’t


Allow yourself to believe


   Think on those unexplainable


Believe

                 FEAR

This was my companion for a long time I grew to trust it, finding comforted in it but when I finally let go of it, I actually grieved.  Fear has a purpose and it can protect us, but mainly all it does is hold us back. We must learn to let go, and step into whatever is in front of us, trusting the power within to find the strength and courage to see the beauty that the Universe has to offer. 

Taking a step, any step is amazing and we should celebrate every step, reminding ourselves that the main goal is to move beyond fear and embrace the journey.  Your focus is not on how big or small the issues are but on the experience and move back into the energy of love, receiving the wonderful gift of clarity.

I have four steps that I use to work through fear: Face it, Respect it, Release it and then give Thanks. Yes, I am saying give thanks for the experience and for finding the light, by doing so you will learn to be gentle with yourself and appreciate every moment of your life.

Remember dealing with oneself is not easy, as I said before every ounce of engery you put into moving forward to freedom is worth the effort.
